External logo uploads

External users may work upon logo files, based upon a micropayment infrastructure. They have access to special variants of the needed applications:

• GVV/external
• UpDocky/external

They behave similar to the internal variants with some added restrictions.

Not yet implemented:
After successfull updload the refresh process is triggered from the launching application (usually when the UpDocky window closes).
